The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has apprehended Rizwan Ali, a key conspirator in the ISIS Pune sleeper module case, from Lucknow. Rizwan, carrying a reward of Rs 3 lakh, is the 11th accused arrested and faces charges for promoting ISIS terror activities, conducting reconnaissance for hideouts, and providing IED and arms training.
