At least 15 people have lost their lives and several others were injured in a stampede at New Delhi Railway Station during rush for a special train for the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh expressed their grief. A high-level investigation has been ordered.
